Injury Prevention First Performance Training Center exists to train today’s athletes for tomorrow’s challenges in their field of competition. Utilizing sports specific training techniques, i.e. explosive movement, pylometrics, and the precision of Olympic Weightlifting, we prepare the athlete for optimum performance on their field of play. These methods not only significantly reduce the rate of injury, but they also promote peak performance.

Locker Room: All outdoor shoes and clothing, gym bags and non-essential training items must be stored in a locker. You are invited to bring a padlock if you have training gear that you wish to leave @ IPF

Jeff Lyrenmann has spent more than half his life in fitness and has gained a stellar reputation in the athletic training world. He has amassed numerous awards and certifications.
Jeff is a certified Level 1 CrossFit Coach, bringing the fastest-growing training program to Freeport. He also holds certifications and licensure as an Athletic Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and USA Weightlifting Club Coach.
Jeff has used his vast understanding of the weightlifting world to propel area athletes to new levels of fitness.
